THIS COULD ACTUALLY HAPPEN TO ANY FOOD BRAND…

Analysis -
Beer Fermentation

Monitoring the production process of beer fermentation involves precise timing. For example, in brewing, identifying the exact moment for bottling is crucial. However, the chemical reactions don’t pause, posing challenges for accurate monitoring. Current practices involve taking small samples from tanks, but these may become less reliable over time. This uncertainty can lead to production inefficiencies.

With Atikos nano-sensing immediate analysis, enables customers to maintain product quality consistently and control production processes, while reducing unnecessary disposal and waste.

Example Analysis -
Cottage Cheese Production

In the challenging landscape of cottage cheese production, maintaining consistent quality while optimizing efficiency is paramount. Traditional methods often struggle to provide real-time insights into crucial parameters such as temperature, pH levels, and microbial activity, leading to potential inconsistencies and inefficiencies in the production process.

With Atiko’s innovative nano-sensing technology  manufacturers receive instantaneous monitoring and analysis of key variables, not only enhancing product quality and safety but also streamlining workflows, reducing waste, and ultimately driving greater efficiency and profitability.

FOOD BRAND

INVESTOR

The journey began with a deep-rooted connection to agriculture, inspired by our upbringing in the rural countryside of Israel where farming and agriculture were ingrained in our heritage.

Observing the age-old methods of pest and disease detection relying solely on human senses like smell, touch, and visual identification ignited our imagination and sparked our initial motivation.

ignited our imagination and sparked our initial motivation.

As we delved deeper, we discovered that the true opportunity to combat contamination lay further downstream in the food and beverage industry. This is where everything that graces our plates undergoes rigorous examination, ensuring the highest standards for consumers. Recognizing the industry’s pivotal role, we eagerly redirected our focus, pooling our energy and resources into this crucial arena.

This shift has allowed us to make a significant impact, enhancing safety and quality for all.

Our quest revealed a stark dilemma: existing technologies for quality assurance offered either speed or accuracy, forcing users to compromise one for the other.

At Atiko, we set out to challenge this paradigm. Our mission is clear – to provide both swift and precise results, coupled with a user-friendly testing solution that empowers stakeholders across the supply chain.
